Vision

To be a model professional institution serving the community.

Our History

Our Origin And Mission

TAMPRO was founded by graduates from various universities in Tanzania, including Mzumbe University, Sokoine University, and the University of Dar es Salaam.

The core purpose of establishing TAMPRO was to bring together Muslim professionals who had graduated in various fields from these universities. At that time, there was no existing body to unite such professionals.

It is worth noting that, prior to TAMPRO's formation, these individuals were previously connected through Muslim student organizations within their respective universities.

The initial offices of TAMPRO were located at the Ridhwaa Islamic Secondary School in Mkwajuni, Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam. In addition to having this office, some members of TAMPRO also served as leaders and organizers of the Msaud Tuition Program (MTP), which was conducted at the school on Saturdays and Sundays.
